Real records only

StubProof may be used to prepare accurate records of real income, employment, services, invoices, and payments. You are responsible for confirming that every field and total is truthful.

Prohibited uses

You may not use StubProof to:

  • Fabricate, inflate, conceal, or misrepresent income, employment, deductions, payment history, or identity.
  • Deceive a landlord, lender, employer, insurer, government agency, payment provider, or other third party.
  • Create or alter bank statements, utility bills, identity documents, or government credentials.
  • Impersonate a business, employer, employee, customer, or other person without authority.
  • Evade compliance, underwriting, tax, payroll, anti-fraud, or identity-verification processes.
  • Submit another person's personal or tax information without lawful authority.
  • Violate a law, regulation, court order, contract, or another person's rights.
  • Remove watermarks, bypass purchase or export controls, or interfere with document fingerprints.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Use automated means to create accounts, generate documents, or make requests at a volume that interferes with the service.

Enforcement

We may block access, cancel or refund an unfulfilled delivery, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe the service is being used for fraud, abuse, or another prohibited purpose. We may use account, transaction, security, and document-fingerprint information to investigate suspected misuse.

Reporting misuse

Suspected abuse can be reported through the support contact published on the website. Include enough information for the report to be reviewed without sending unnecessary sensitive personal data.
